Taiwan - Global Connection

Using www.epals.com, we made a personal connection with students in Taiwan back in the fall.  We worked on researching countries in Asia.  We watched videos on many countries in Asia that were designed for children.  From the video we saw on Taiwan, information from our Taiwanese electronic pen pals, and research we did on the internet and in books, we came up with a list of facts.  The children learned how to write "Taiwan" in Mandarin.
