We partnered with Mrs. Christianson's sixth grade Honors English class. The first grade students came up with a story idea (plot and characters). They had to think of a superpower for their hero, a villain, figure out how the superhero would overcome the villain and what the prize would be for victory. The sixth graders came to our classroom to partner with us and type the stories. The sixth graders also helped the first graders revise and edit their stories before publishing!
