Today the children worked on making stories about what they plan to do for spring break. They had to think about where they were going or if they were staying in Virginia Beach, when they were traveling or doing activities, who they would be with and what they would do. After seeing a web modeled by the teacher, and an example of how to take the ideas from the web and make a five page story, each of the children wrote their own five page booklet about spring break. Here are a couple of examples:
