Grandparents' Day Photos!

We loved having our grandparents visit today!  They helped us make holiday cards for troops, weave placemats, do a Jamestown maze, do a word search on Ships and Sailing, Find Twenty T Things, and a pretty tough math challenge!  Thanks to all of our special grandparents, great aunts and family members for visiting today.  We hope you have a wonderful, safe, joyous Thanksgiving!

Middle School forensics guests

We were fortunate enough to have some former students of mine come back to visit to show our class their Forensics pieces.  When the children get to the upper elemntary grades and middle school, they can perform in a public speaking competition in various categories such as prose, poetry or persuasive original writing.  It's wonderful for the younger students to see the opportunities available for them when they get to the older grades.

The 5th, 6th and 7th Grade play this year is High School Musical.  The cast paraded down the halls.  The show was wonderful!
