Raven

In November, the children read and retell Native American Legends.  In the legend of Raven, the world is dark.  Raven flies across the world to find the sun and puts it in the sky bringing light to everyone.  Each of the children retold the story in his or her own words and the stories are on display on the bulletin board outside our classroom.
